Thank you for allowing me to take time away from my blog and coming back now that we are all back on schedule. We can often get bogged down with various commitments and work but it is most important to remind ourselves to recharge and relax. Some of my favorite ways to relax are to go to the gym and sweat it out, to take a bubble bath, to paint my nails, take a nap, open up a book. We must remember to put down the phone and shut down.
